Online Yoga for Wellness
Join this six-week online series to learn more about the healing practice of lymphatic yoga. Practice specialized yoga poses that support your lymphatic system and immune system health. You will explore breathing exercises and mindfulness techniques under the guidance of an experienced instructor. This non-credit course is designed for all yoga levels.
Course Modality: This course is offered online via Zoom.
Course Instructor: Rayn Fenty
Course Dates: Thursdays, July 11 - August 15
Course Time: 6:00 p.m. - 7:15 p.m., AZ Time
NAU fulltime faculty, staff, and alumni are eligible for a 10% discount!
Course Materials: Students will need a yoga mat. Yoga blocks and straps are optional.

Holding certifications as both a lymphedema therapist and a yoga instructor, Rayn finds joy in seamlessly blending these two passions.
