Holistically Assessing Risk
This course will guide you through an organization's holistic approach for risk management. Learn and be able to apply Delphi technique, Scenario Analysis, Hazard and Operability study (HAZOP), and Strengths, Weaknesses, opportunities, and Threats analysis (SWOT). Effectively apply methods for working with internal and external stakeholders. Participants who achieve a grade of 80% or higher will receive a noncredit certificate of completion along with an exam waiver towards the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation.
Program Description
The Associate in Risk Management (ARM) program prepares employees to build and carry out a risk financing strategy that will uphold their organization’s financial goals. Acquire skills in risk assessment and learn how to effectively participate in risk control programs. This program is recommended for agents, brokers, risk managers, operational risk personnel, business executives, and agency principals.

Course Time: There is not a scheduled class time for this course. Starting February 24, you will have eight weeks to complete the course content, which you can access and work on at any time. The course will close on April 18, 2025.
