2026 Civil & Environmental Engineering Day Camp for Rising 7th, 8th, and 9th Graders
Get ready to design, build, and solve real-world challenges! This 4-day Built Environment focused camp introduces middle school aged students to the exciting world of engineering that shapes the communities we live in. Campers will explore how bridges stand strong, how clean water reaches our homes, how roads and cities are designed, site analysis, and how engineers protect our precious environment. Through hands-on activities, and interactive experiments, students will think like engineers as they test materials, build models, and develop creative solutions to environmental problems. This camp is perfect for curious learners who enjoy building, problem-solving, and making a positive impact on the world around them. No prior experience needed.
Course Modality: This camp will take place in Flagstaff, Arizona on NAU's campus. Further details to come.

Course Cost: $290.00

Refunds
Students may withdraw from a course with a full refund up to one week prior to the course start date. There is a 50% administration fee for withdrawals from one week prior to the course start date until the day the course begins. After the course start date, refunds are no longer available.
