Full course description

Inclusive Excellence

The Inclusive Excellence workshops educates, supports and empowers everyone from all backgrounds, identities and lived experiences to reach their full potential and to be able to interact in an ever-changing global society. The workshops are designed to help enhance the soft skills necessary to foster and enhance an inclusive environment.

The Inclusive Excellence workshops utilize a three-level approach which allows participants to focus on how their identity and lived experiences play a role in their day to day interactions and decision making. The three level approach allows participants to be able to develop and grow from focusing on themselves personally to focusing how to foster an inclusive environment within a company/organization.

Some of the topics covered through the Inclusive Excellence workshops include:

  • Implicit Thought
  • Principles of Inclusion
  • Inclusive Language
  • How to advance Inclusive Excellence in your Organization
  • Supporting Inclusive Voices
  • How to Assess Diversity Initiatives
