Flagstaff from Scratch Cooking Workshops

 

Master the art of flavor as you learn how to sustainably pair healthy cooking with your lifestyle. Under the expert guidance of Chef Armando Trujillo, you will learn to elevate your plate with nutritious and balanced ingredients. Explore recipes for salads, dressings, pastas, and Mexican and Asian dishes! Whether you're a beginner or a home cook looking to infuse nourishing elements into your meals, this course is designed for you. All supplies are included. Join all four workshops at a discounted price or choose one or more to attend during your summer in Flagstaff. This course is not for credit.

 

Course Modality: This course is offered in person at NAU Flagstaff campus.

Course Dates: Saturdays: July 13th, July 20th, July 27th, August 3rd 2024

 

Course Time: 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m., AZ Time

 

Location: School of Hotel and Restaurant Management
